Enquiries and project agreements
Preparing a brief or sending an enquiry does not place an order or create a commitment to purchase services. Before paid work begins, we agree a written proposal covering deliverables, fees, payment stages, responsibilities, milestones, revisions, cancellation and handover.
That project agreement governs the commissioned work. Any change in scope, timeline or cost should be agreed in writing. Third-party subscriptions, hosting, creator fees, advertising spend and usage rights are included only where the proposal expressly says so.
Estimates and outcomes
Examples, planner recommendations and indicative budgets are starting points. Final scope depends on discovery, available materials and the requirements of your project. We do not guarantee search positions, traffic, advertising returns or revenue. AI-assisted workflows need agreed review points and testing.
Our work and your materials
Website branding, writing and original design belong to Brista or their respective rights holders. Client projects, photography, open-source components and third-party marks retain their owners’ rights. You may share links and use the planner to prepare your own project brief; please ask before reproducing other site materials.
Ownership, licensing and transfer of commissioned deliverables are defined in the project agreement. You are responsible for having permission to provide any content, footage, data or brand assets used in your project.
Use the site responsibly
Do not attempt to disrupt the website, bypass its security, impersonate another person or submit unlawful material. Keep passwords, private keys and sensitive personal information out of enquiry forms and project briefs.
Tools, links and availability
The enquiry form prepares an email for you to review and send. It does not send automatically. The planner is an informational tool, not financial, legal or other professional advice. External websites and service providers operate under their own terms.
We work to keep the website useful and available, but errors and interruptions can occur. To the extent permitted by applicable law, we do not accept responsibility for losses arising solely from reliance on general website information or interruptions. Nothing here excludes rights or liability that applicable law does not allow to be excluded.
